Gary and I headed out to the Tully on Sunday morning. Water temps were at 68 up near the Basin. Fishing was good, we landed 14 or 15 fish with a 20″+ Bow in the mix.
As the water temps climbed to 70,we moved down river to the Paper mill pool. Gary picked up 5 quick ones, I dug out 4 with a 20″+ Brown coming to the net.
We finished up the day, down near the 222 Bridge. The Browns were pinned to the road side of the creek in the cooler water. We managed to sight fish 5 and nymphed up 5 more in the rifts below the Bridge.
