When it comes to great trout rivers, our area has it all. Our range covers as far West as the Harrisburg area, South down to North Philly, North up into the Upper Delaware System and East out to the Ramapo River. Our favorite rivers are within an hour of home.
With the latest internet based water data sites, and 35 years of local knowledge on stream conditions versus rainfall amounts, we almost never have to cancel a trip. There is usually a stream or creek that will provide decent fishing no matter how much rain falls.
If you are willing to travel into Pennsylvania, I guarantee we will get on very fishable water during the worst of rain storms. I am a big fan of off colored water. Fish go on the feed and bigger fish feel more comfortable coming out of hiding to feed.
