Zach and I fished the Point Mt. stretch on the Musky this afternoon. I thought it was opening day of trout season, we had to wait our turn to fish a pool. It did clear out mid afternoon, thank God for Sunday football games.
We dug out a dozen or so, with a few very big fish hooked. I’m glad to see that there are still a bunch of the bombers the State stocked, holding on. We did see a nice fish walked out on a leash. Bummer!
You can feel the pressure these fish are under, that has smartened them up and it may just save their life.
